International Mobility

I am currently
completing a professional Master’s of Labour Law applied to international relationships
in the Institute for the Study of Labor in Lyon (IETL). Indeed, my academic
career plan required an internship and I was in charge of International Mobility
within the Branch Lighting System of Valeo until the end of September 2010. I
will be graduated in October 2010 and then I would like to work
abroad in order to get a significant international experience with the improvement of
my skills. Subcontractor in Valeo until end of december, I am interested in an opportunity to develop my skills in International HR and International Mobility through an international company.


A huge part of
success of your company is linked to the policy of human resources and your management of
potentials and I am ready to be involved on it and to apply it.



Being a law
school graduate has taught me to be precise, organized and to be able to handle
law rules. Thanks to my internship within Valeo, I gathered a lot of skills in HR
through an English-speaking working environment. I am used to handle
expatriates and secondees, so I have to anticipate specific issues, to handle
with it within deadlines, often under pressure. I helped for the Salary review 2010 and I
recruited apprentices and trainees for the plant.

and specialized in Labor Law, especially in International Labor law, I think I
